The RED V-RAPTOR XL X Z Mount Production Pack (V-Lock) is one of the most advanced professional cinema camera systems available today. Designed for feature films, television productions, high-end commercials and virtual production environments, it combines an advanced 8K VV Global Shutter sensor with the modular DSMC3 platform to deliver outstanding cinematic image quality and workflow flexibility.

At the core of the camera lies the large format Vista Vision sensor featuring global shutter technology. This eliminates rolling shutter artifacts and motion distortion, making it ideal for fast-moving subjects, action scenes and VFX-heavy productions.

The camera integrates the powerful RED Global Vision suite of tools, including Extended Highlights and Phantom Track, designed to maximize highlight detail and streamline workflows in virtual production environments.

With its native Nikon Z Mount, the V-RAPTOR XL X offers compatibility with a wide range of modern optics while enabling additional lens support through adapters thanks to the short flange distance of the Z system.

The XL body design integrates professional connectivity, internal electronic ND filters, V-Lock battery support and extensive expansion options for cinema accessories, making it an ideal tool for demanding film productions.
